post([string url|map arguments[, map arguments|string body[, string body]]]) ⇒ HTTPResponse

Sends an HTTP POST request using the base URL by default. A string first argument overrides the URL; a map first argument supplies form parameters. Form parameters are encoded as the body unless an explicit body is supplied.
